24hrs per week £13.70 per hour - Paid breaks with excellent Bupa benefits. Shift pattern can vary from 8am – 7pm from Monday to Friday.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Demonstrating and delivering Spa and Beauty Treatments to a standard of excellence; previous experience is essential.
  • Exhibiting excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Providing a high standard of customer service experience.
  • Liaising with the wellness spa manager to ensure stock level checks are completed.
  • Carrying out housekeeping duties to maintain work areas within the Spa to a high standard.
  • Reaching and exceeding retail targets.
  • Covering reception duties, including taking bookings and enquiries, in the absence of the receptionist.
  • Understanding health and safety procedures and compliance.
  • Attending internal/external training courses.

Key Skills / Qualifications Needed for This Role:

  • Previous experience in Spa facilities, with qualifications including NVQ Level 2 or above in beauty therapy or ITEC equivalent.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently, crucial for teamwork and independent tasks.
