Location: Richmond Witney Coral Springs Way, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 5DG

Salary: £14.40 per hour & Excellent Benefits

Contract: Permanent, 36hrs per week

Shift Pattern: 8am - 8pm, Weekends on Rota

Welcome Bonus: £500 Starter Bonus

You will receive a one-off Starter Bonus of £500 upon successful hire. The Bonus will be paid in the next available pay run once you have completed four weeks’ service and will be subject to deductions for tax and NI. Ts & Cs Apply.

Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day responsibility for running a unit
  • Responsible for all clinical duties issuing medication, reviewing care plans and accurate record keeping
  • Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers of the teams
  • Helping with training and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supported
  • Building relationships with residents, their families and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
  • Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties

Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
