Key Responsibilities- Analyse market trends, competitors, products and industry data to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare clear, insightful presentations for senior stakeholders and board-level meetings.
- Review business performance across markets, customers, products, and channels.
- Collaborate with teams across Bupa Global to deliver data-driven insights and reports.
- Support the development of competitive product strategies through research and benchmarking.
- Identify opportunities to improve products and inform commercial decisions.
- A degree in business, economics, data analysis, health or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
- High proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and data modelling.
- Ability to manage your time, work independently, and deliver under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience in strategy, consulting, finance, health insurance or a related sector.
