Receptionist (Weekend) – Sandhills Court Care Home

Sandhills Court Care Home, Exeter Road, Scunthorpe, DN15 7AS

Salary: £12.25 – £13.25 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Permanent contract, Saturdays & Sundays 10am – 4pm

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home.
• Manage new enquiries.
• Provide advice and support both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Conduct show‑arounds within the care home.
• Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing.
• Deal with enquiries in a timely manner and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience asMining a receptionist with excellent customer service skills. Friendly manner both face‑to‑face and over the phone. Approachability and organisational ability. Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and internal teams. Dedication and efficiency with the ability to handle a varied workload. Caring attitude underpins everything you do.
