How You'll Help Us Make Health Happen
- Supporting the Head of Operational Resilience with embedding of Group and Market Unit wide operational resilience framework and strategies across UK Insurance and Bupa Global
- Managerial responsibility for a team of four
- Responsible for leading and coordinating operational resilience requirements as laid out in the PRA and FCA Operational Resilience Regulations
- Ensuring that business continuity management procedures are in place and operating effectively, whilst evidencing continuous improvement
- Ensuring UK Insurance remains compliant with ISO22301:2019 Standard and being the key point of contact for the annual ISO22301 Audit.
- Responsible for ensuring that the IRE Insurance business operates within compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), leading and coordinating the implementation and embedding of DORA
- Responsible for the development and administration of crisis management procedures across the Insurance Business Units
- Supporting the continuous development of a strong operational resilience culture to enable connected resilience
- Own and establish strong relationship with key stakeholders in Group, Market Unit and Business Units
What You Will Bring
- Experience at a senior level in resilience and continuity in a similar role
- The ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Efficient and organised with attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience or knowledge of ISO 22301 standard
- Detailed knowledge of FCA & PRA Operational Resilience Regulations is essential and knowledge of Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is preferential
