The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
This role will support the Senior Manager, Business Partner and the wider PPT function in the oversight and development of all product governance activity, including delivery and maintenance of the New Product/Proposition Development (NPD) and In‑Life Product Management (ILPM) frameworks across UKI. This includes ensuring all teams can access and utilise NPD and ILPM processes and are able to bring all product governance‑related matters to the appropriate forum for discussion and decision‑making.
The role holder will provide support, guidance and oversight for the preparation and delivery of all product governance activity and will ensure that all regulatory requirements relating to product governance are met. The role holder will also support the maintenance/development of all product governance‑related documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements. The ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels is also key to succeeding in the role.
How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen
- Support the team in the delivery of NPD and ILPM processes as per business and regulatory requirements.
- Co‑ordinate key governance forums (scheduling, creation of meeting packs, recording of minutes, actions, etc.).
- Maintain and develop all NPD/ILPM documentation to meet regulatory requirements, including shared information repositories and related process maps, manuals, and guides.
- Deliver effectiveness reviews across all key governance forums.
- Maintain/develop the product governance risk register, ensuring risks and associated controls are assessed in line with business requirements.
- Support any Internal Audit / ORCM process, including input to the ToR, facilitation of the programme, input to the reports and management/closure of any associated actions.
- Assist with relevant support key/local control testing (relating to Product Governance) and help deliver any associated improvement plans.
- Where possible, assist with the use of data within product governance processes.
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed
- Some experience of the FCA and/or Financial Services regulatory environment.
- Stakeholder management skills and experience.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail with strong verbal and written ability.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Solutions‑focused to assist the business.
- Basic to intermediate level of skill/knowledge of MS Office suite (including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Prior experience working with data sets would be an advantage.
