Role

Cash Management Analyst

Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays

Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming payments accurately, completely and on time, in line with daily deadlines.
  • Manage Cash Management activities, including mailboxes, queues and payment posting/allocation.
  • Set up and maintain online banking templates; verify supporting documents in line with Financial Crime policies.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers to support smooth processes.
  • Produce, validate and submit daily BACS direct debit and direct credit files for approval.
  • Contribute to wider Bupa projects and cross-functional initiatives related to Cash Management.

Key Skills And Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role is essential - please make sure this is clearly shown on your CV.
  • Experience using Peoplesoft, Swift, Caresys, Cheers, BOSS, Meddbase or Compucare systems would be an advantage.
  • Experience using online business banking platforms would be required.
  • Confidence using payment gateways / payment & collection files and knowledge of BACS reports is advantageous.
  • Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail, with a proactive and organised approach.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and identifying root causes.
  • Able to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, and adapt well to change.
  • Comfortable working with third-party partners and collaborating with internal teams.
