Salary: £31,500 per year + Fantastic Benefits

On our three‑year Business Management Graduate Scheme you’ll build your management skills across a range of disciplines while studying for the Business Transformation Fellowship, a Level 4 apprenticeship programme. The Business Transformation Fellowship will equip you with the skills you need to manage projects and drive change in the modern workplace.

Over the course of the scheme, you’ll complete three 12‑month rotations across the breadth of our business in Group functions. You’ll have a rare opportunity to gain broad experience in how we operate and be supported to complete the Business Transformation Fellow qualification at the same time.

Qualifications and Training

  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Any degree discipline, however for the apprenticeship you cannot have studied the course content; therefore some business‑related degrees may not be eligible
  • Be on track to achieve, or have already achieved, at least a 2.1 in your degree
