Salary: £19.19 - £21.19 per Hour
Shifts: 3x 12 Hour shifts per week (36 Hours Contract)

Key Responsibilities- Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents, ensuring physical, emotional and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide team members, providing formal and informal teaching programmes.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies and legislation.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, responsible for unit management alongside clinical duties.
- Experience ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical standards.
- Confidence in providing clinical guidance and supporting CQC tasks.
- Ability to build confidence, empathy and support for residents and families.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills for handover of clinical issues.
- Strong critical thinking, confidence and self‑reliance, especially for night shifts and emergency situations.
