Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
- Observe and manage residents’ behaviour with care, ensuring you document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
- Support residents’ nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
- Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
- Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

- Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
