Strategy and Product AnalystSalary: From £37,800 (depending on experience) | Location: London | Work type: Hybrid | Contract: FTC – 9 months | Hours: 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Analyse market trends, competitors, products and industry data to support strategic initiatives.

Prepare clear, insightful presentations for senior stakeholders and board-level meetings.

Review business performance across markets, customers, products, and channels.

Collaborate with teams across Bupa Global to deliver data-driven insights and reports.

Support the development of competitive product strategies through research and benchmarking.

Identify opportunities to improve products and inform commercial decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in business, economics, data analysis, health or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.

High proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and data modelling.

Ability to manage your time, work independently, and deliver under pressure.

Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.

Experience in strategy, consulting, finance, health insurance or a related sector.
