As Head of Intermediary Relationships, you will shape and execute our direct and telephony sales strategy, leading a multi-skilled team to achieve ambitious acquisition and retention targets. You will develop commercially successful relationships with intermediary partners, create pricing strategies, and position Bupa as a preferred provider with leading consulting firms. Your leadership will ensure a seamless customer journey and a joinedâup approach across Health Services and PMI.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the intermediary sales plan, set and monitor team targets, and ensure delivery of commercial objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a highâperforming sales team, embedding a culture of consultative selling and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with intermediaries, gather feedback, and ensure our service offering is bestâinâclass.
- Oversee telephony operations, optimise resources, and collaborate with Marketing to drive customer loyalty and prospecting.
- Monitor performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve profitability and customer recommendation goals.
- Work with other Heads to balance intermediary and direct channels, mitigating conflict and promoting 'One Bupa UK' ways of working.
- Implement new systems, processes, and technologies to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Uphold regulatory standards, treat customers fairly, and lead by example in integrity and professionalism.
- Graduate calibre with broad business and sales experience.
