Senior People Business Partner – Hybrid | Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Locations: Salford Quays, Leeds or Staines. Flexible working options available - locations, hours, and patterns considered.

What You'll Do
- Leading the design and delivery of the People Plan across Insurance and Functions, aligned to Bupa's wider people strategy.
- Acting as a key advisor to senior leaders shaping thinking, influencing decision‑making and driving strong leadership capability.
- Guiding organisational design and workforce planning to ensure we have the right people, skills and structure for the future.
- Playing a lead role in major change programmes and transformation initiatives.
- Embedding people risk, conduct and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant, well‑governed and sustainable operations.
- Driving culture, engagement, wellbeing and talent outcomes to support performance and colleague experience.
What We're Looking For
- HR professional with strong, broad expertise across the full HR lifecycle.
- Experience of partnering senior leaders in large, complex and ideally regulated environments bringing credible challenge and strong judgement.
- A proven record of leading cultural, behavioural and organisational change projects, including OD and workforce planning.
- Confident operating within matrix structures.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial insight and the ability to deliver clear, measurable outcomes.
