Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week

Hours: Monday - Friday shifts could be between 7am - 8am and occasional Saturdays.

We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist / Administrator to join our team at the Chelsea clinic. In this role, you will provide essential front of house and back-office support to ensure our patients receive outstanding service from entering the clinic until after they leave. The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, but with the support of your colleagues and team leader, you will finish each day knowing you have made a meaningful difference to every customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on reception, greeting customers and helping make their appointment as smooth and friendly as possible.
  • Supporting our clinical staff by preparing client files and scanning documents, allowing them to focus fully on patient care.
  • Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly, including handling post, answering calls and emails, managing card transactions, processing invoices, and organising delivery notes.
  • Working closely with clinical colleagues to ensure client reports and correspondence are completed and sent within required timeframes.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focused customer service in person such as in retail, hospitality; experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong time management skills and flexibility - you will need to adapt quickly and support different areas throughout your shift.
  • Excellent attention to detail, along with solid computing skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
