How You'll Help Us Make Health Happen
- Support, develop and configure environments for our global learning platforms.
- Preferably experienced in supporting SaaS Learning Management Systems, IT integration, APIs, and data analytics.
- Assess and validate technical solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Contribute to software architecture decisions and collaborate with infrastructure teams.
- Own and resolve IT-related issues within your domain, ensuring service continuity.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Bupa's global markets and IT departments.
- Engage with cross‑functional technology teams to influence solution outcomes.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and look for ways to improve our systems.
- Support incident and request management, including third‑party supplier coordination.
- Follow Bupa's change control, release planning and security standards.
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience in software engineering, development, support or environment configuration.
- Domain knowledge in Learning & Development systems.
- Experience with a broad range of technologies or deep expertise in one.
- Communicates clearly and works well in a team.
- Excellent understanding of Agile and ITIL methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of IT security standards and risk management.
- Familiar with tools like ServiceNow, and concepts like incident/request management, RCA, and analytics.
- A keen eye for data and analytics to drive improvements.
