About The Role:
As a Home Manager you will lead and inspire a multi‑disciplinary team, providing outstanding, personalised care to residents while putting their needs and wellbeing first. You will manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, control budgets, and take responsibility for the operating profit. Regulatory compliance will be maintained across all relevant areas. You will also develop strong internal and external relationships, strengthening the Bupa brand with local authorities and primary care commissioners. You will need to become registered with the regulator and may occasionally be required to work out of hours or evenings.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification
- A positive commercial acumen and strategic mindset to make a difference in a heavily regulated sector
- The ability to develop an environment focused on continuous improvement
- An effective communicator with a confident and influential leadership style
