Role Overview
To deliver effective health & safety training across our Bupa Care Homes and Retirement Villages, as directed, to support them to maintain mandatory training compliance.
What You'll Do
- Deliver the health & safety training requirements for staff within the home/Portfolio Village against required performance standards. This will include, but is not limited to:
- A suite of Fire Safety training
- People Moving and Handling training
- First Aid and Basic Life Support training
What You'll Bring
- Effective communication and appropriate written, oral, and non‑verbal skills, structuring and presenting information clearly and effectively.
- Full UK driving licence as national travel is required.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous learning facilitation experience or healthcare experience.
- Customer focused, self‑motivated and able to identify and engage with key stakeholders.
