As a Clinical Counselling Psychologist within Bupa Health Services, you will use your training and education to support our customers by providing education on how to live longer, healthier, happier lives. You will spend the majority of your time with our customers, doing what you do best.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic care with excellent clinical outcomes.
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations for evidence-based intervention.
- Offer different models of service delivery: face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations.
- Adhere to Bupa's case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads and the therapy team.
- Work within sessional limits based on the client's Private Medical Insurance allowance.
- Provide signposting or onward referrals as needed.
- Offer ad-hoc wellbeing support and coaching.
- Conduct one-off assessments and referral recommendations.
- Provide group psychoeducation and mental health awareness through remote presentations, workshops, and training.
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa's service policies.
- Attend regular clinical supervision and monthly team meetings.
- Collaborate with the operational and clinical team to improve client and employee experiences.
Essential Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Professional doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society.
- Health and Care Professions Council registration as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
- General adult mental health experience.
- At least 1 year's post-qualification clinical experience.

- Training and accreditation in specialized areas of psychological relevance.
