We’re currently looking for a Gardener to maintain a large site of mature gardens, wildflower meadow areas and a Bowling Green within our village. You can count on a thorough induction when you start to help you settle into your new role followed by ongoing training and development including access to apprenticeships. This also includes access to our online portal which has a variety of resources to aid personal development & free access to LinkedIn's online learning platform.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • A good knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, pruning and seasonal gardening tasks.
  • Experience using gardening and grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
  • Basic maintenance skills, including fence repairs, painting and general outdoor upkeep, would be advantageous.
  • A proactive and practical approach, with pride in maintaining attractive, safe and welcoming outdoor spaces.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering excellent service to residents.

Key skills and qualifications:
