Richmond Villages Letcombe Regis in Oxfordshire is seeking a Senior Care Assistant - Days to join our 36-hour week on 12-hour shifts from 08:00 to 20:00, including alternate weekends. This permanent, full-time role supports day-to-day operations of a care unit, works with the nurse on medication and care plans, and leads a team of Care Assistants.

You will help residents with personal care, build relationships with families and external teams, and contribute to training and smooth handovers.
