- Job Summary
You’ll be clinically responsible for the ongoing care of residents within the care home.
You’ll lead our teams, guiding and supporting them to ensure that safe and effective care is always provided, ensuring all units comply with CQC standards of care and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe environment for residents.
You’ll manage staff levels, lead clinical governance, and work with senior professionals to develop systems, processes and practices to strengthen clinical practice and resident care.
You’ll also develop the strategy and direction for the village, creating strong relationships with local authorities, the CQC and Primary Care Trust commissioners as a trusted healthcare partner.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Clinical background with experience in elderly care.

- Willingness or intent to obtain a management qualification such as the Registered Manager’s Award.
