As a highly respected member of our amazing team, you play a pivotal role. You will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. You can count on a thorough induction when you start to help you settle into your new role followed by ongoing training and development including access to apprenticeships. This also includes access to our online portal which has a variety of resources to aid personal development & free access to LinkedIn's online learning platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
  • Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident.
  • Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation.
  • Driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home, ensuring policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and providing clinical guidance to the whole care team.
  • Assisting with all CQC tasks and required documentation.

  • A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
