The successful candidate will be a member of the School of Creative Arts, Creative Media and Performing Arts. The post itself will be based within the Creative Media programme area. We currently offer a range of vocational media-related courses, including UAL Level 1 Art, Design and Media, Level 2 Creative Media, Level 3 Creative Media TV/Film, and Level 3 Diploma in Creative Media VFX/CGI/Games Design. The area boasts an excellent pass rate and has a well-deserved reputation.
The post calls for a multi-skilled Film/Media teacher with a flexible approach to the progressive demands of a busy Creative Media section. The candidate will be expected to contribute to the delivery of practical and theoretical units within UAL Creative Media TV/Film and VFX/CGI/Games Design courses. The post holder will also be required to undertake a pastoral tutor role within the faculty.
Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group (HRUC) and is one of London’s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year olds and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years. We have opened a new building in 2020 and developed a brand-new technology-focused STEM Centre in September 2024.
