Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with young people, primarily aged 16-18. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing the cross-college enrichment programme for all students. You will promote the enrichment provision across the College, gather student feedback, and monitor, record, and measure the impact of enrichment activities. The position requires a proactive, enthusiastic team player who enjoys liaising with students and staff across the College. You must communicate confidently with students and staff, and have the ability to enthuse and motivate others and encourage participation in events and activities. You should have good IT skills, be able to work on your own initiative, and be willing and able to work flexibly when required.
