Carpentry Workshop Technician

Location: Twickenham, Greater London

Salary: £25,999 to £29,815

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time 36 hrs/week for 52 weeks per year

Employer: Richmond upon Thames College, part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group (HRUC)

The Post Holder must be qualified to Level 3 in carpentry, professional, competent and experienced in the use of workshop machinery and working to requested specifications for both site and bench joinery. The role will involve working mainly with 16-18 year old students and carpentry apprentices, supporting and assisting staff in the workshop area and in the classroom when required. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, have good communication skills and be able to work to deadlines.
