Head of Talent Acquisition Aldershot / Hybrid Working £70,000 – £80,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits Head of Talent Acquisition required by a fast-growing, innovative next-generation technology company based near Aldershot. This is a senior, hands-on recruitment position with full ownership of the company’s talent acquisition function during a period of continued growth. You will inherit a small recruitment team and take responsibility for the complete recruitment lifecycle across the business — from workforce planning and recruitment strategy through to direct sourcing, supplier management, process improvement and delivery. This is not a purely strategic or management position. You will be expected to remain close to the market, proactively source candidates and personally deliver on key hires while leading and developing the wider recruitment function.
