My client is looking for a Bid Manager to join a growing UK technology business delivering solutions across UK Government, Defence, Security and NATO-related markets. This is an opportunity to take ownership of bids, proposals, frameworks and capture activity within a business that is continuing to grow in the UK.

The role will suit someone who enjoys bid writing, framework management, stakeholder engagement and shaping winning responses in a structured, commercially aware environment. You will work closely with the UK Regional Director and wider senior team, helping to identify opportunities, manage bid activity, write strong responses and improve the company’s overall approach to bids and proposals.

This role offers strong long-term progression and could suit someone looking to grow into a Head of Bids / Head of Proposals role as the UK business continues to scale.
