The Role: Property Consultant
As a Property Consultant, you'll work with buyers, sellers and investors to help them navigate Dubai's residential property market. You'll build relationships, identify opportunities and guide clients through the buying and selling process.
This is a commission-driven role suited to people who are confident communicators, commercially minded and motivated by achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a client portfolio
- Manage property enquiries and match clients with suitable opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and advise clients on available properties
- Negotiate offers and help facilitate successful transactions
- Build a strong network and maintain relationships with clients
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently using the CRM
- Develop your knowledge of Dubai's real estate market with support from the team
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or another client-facing role
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A confident, proactive and self-motivated attitude
- A results-driven mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Willingness to relocate from the UK to Dubai
- Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but not essential
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred
