Richmond Pharmacology is looking for a Patient Recruitment Associate to join its newly created team. This is a newly created role that will play a vital part in ensuring every new participant receives an outstanding first experience with Richmond Pharmacology.
As a Patient Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for contacting newly registered participants, completing their registration, collecting medical and lifestyle information, and creating accurate participant records within our CRM system. Your work will ensure participants are fully qualified and ready to be matched to future clinical studies. You will be expected to deliver an exceptional participant experience whilst maintaining high standards of quality, productivity and compliance.
Main duties and responsibilitiesThe Patient Recruitment Associate will manage the end-to-end registration process for newly registered participants. Working within agreed service levels, you will ensure all new registrations are contacted promptly and that participant information is collected accurately and efficiently. You will conduct detailed telephone registrations, building rapport with participants whilst collecting personal, medical and lifestyle information to create a complete participant profile. This information will be recorded accurately within the CRM system to support future participant matching activities. You will be responsible for ensuring all mandatory fields are completed, maintaining accurate records of every interaction, scheduling callbacks where appropriate and escalating any safeguarding, medical or data quality concerns in line with company procedures. Working closely with colleagues across Participant Acquisition, you will ensure every completed registration is ready for seamless handover to the Participant Matching Team. You will also contribute towards maintaining excellent participant satisfaction by communicating professionally, managing expectations and representing Richmond Pharmacology positively at every stage of the registration process.
The successful candidate will be expected to work to clearly defined service levels, productivity targets and quality standards, whilst always maintaining participant confidentiality and compliance with GDPR, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company Standard Operating Procedures.
Qualifications and ExperienceGCSE (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality or contact centre experience
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
