Purpose of the job

Provide practical, hands‑on support across Richmond Pharmacology’s marketing activities. This role is responsible for the execution of day‑to‑day tasks that ensure marketing campaigns, events, and communications run smoothly. The role also supports practical reputation management through updates to internal systems, digital channels, and communication tools.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Assist with updating CMS and website content, including landing pages and campaign pages.
  • Use scheduling tools to deliver social media posts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of campaigns.
  • Build and send email campaigns under the guidance of Marketing Managers, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Support management of the email footer system (CodeTwo), working with IT and Marketing Managers on updates.
  • Lead day‑to‑day SharePoint updates and development, with oversight from Marketing Managers and creative support from the Graphic Designer.
  • Provide executional support for internal messaging systems (e.g. intranet, internal newsletters), ensuring consistent and accurate updates.
  • Support event logistics and communications, including Town Halls, conferences, and external events.
  • Coordinate promotional merchandise and items, maintaining an accurate log to track usage and stock levels.
  • Apply approved brand templates and assets from the marketing library to ensure consistency in execution.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, filing, and coordination.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field or relevant experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro (or similar design software).
  • Basic knowledge of video production.
  • Basic understanding of branding and design principles.
  • Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and website development/editing.
