Provide practical, hands-on support across Richmond Pharmacology’s marketing activities. This role is responsible for the execution of day-to-day tasks that ensure marketing campaigns, events, and communications run smoothly. The role also supports practical reputation management through updates to internal systems, digital channels, and communication tools.

Purpose of the job

To facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of patient centric services. To effectively communicate with patients/participants at every stage of the trial.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of studies as allocated and seek to develop productive working relationships with patient participants.
  • Manage appointment schedules whilst maintaining accurate and organised patient records.
  • Handle all inbound telephone enquiries, ensuring effective communication of information to patients/participants and their families.
  • Process payments and extend financial assistance where necessary, to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Address and resolve patient dissatisfaction in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience

  • Educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Basic level of dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Basic level of data entry, retrieval and database maintenance.
