We are excited to offer a receptionist administrator opportunity to join our friendly team. This is a 37.5hr role, working Monday to Friday. As part of our busy practice, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care by providing efficient and compassionate administrative support and care navigation.

Main duties of the job include:
- Maintaining and monitoring the Practice appointments system on SystmOne.
- Processing personal and telephone requests for appointments, visits, and telephone consultations.
- Taking messages and passing on information.
- Filing/Scanning and retrieving paperwork.
- Processing repeat prescriptions in accordance with Practice guidelines.
- Computer data entry/data allocation and collation.
- Initiating contact with and responding to requests from patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Clearing and re-stocking consulting rooms as required.
- Providing clerical assistance including word/data processing, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Monitoring of stationery/clinical room and other supplies.
- Accepting and documenting samples from patients.
- Supporting when patients or clinical staff request a chaperone.
- Assisting with spot cleaning of the premises as required.
- Ensuring building security at the end of the day.

Our practice is part of the collaborative 2 Townships PCN which consists of 5 practices. We are a patient-centric practice with a family-oriented approach and are keen advocates of Greener Practice credentials. Rated Good by the CQC, we consistently achieve strong results in QOF.

Experience:
- Essential: Experience of working in a customer-facing role.
- Desirable: Experience of working in a GP practice.
