Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP) is seeking a Repairs Technician with a carpentry focus to carry out reactive and planned works in our customers' homes in the Teddington area. You will perform installations, repairs and maintenance on staircases, windows, doors and furniture, and may include minor brickwork, plastering and basic plumbing.
DBS check may be requested due to working in occupied homes. You will need a broad all-round skill set, work in line with regulations, and keep audit records
