As HR Advisor, you will support the Head of HR and work as part of the HR team to provide a highly quality, business focused, flexible, and operational HR service across the College.
About You
You will be highly organised and a good problem solver. You will also be expected to demonstrate flexibility in your approach, along with great communication skills. You will need to be competent using IT and systems and have the ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail whilst meeting deadlines.
You will have current experience working in a busy Human Resources department, ideally within an Education setting. Previous experience in an advisory role is advantageous, however we welcome applications from HR administrators with a good understanding of HR operations and Employee Relations procedures. The ideal candidate will have knowledge/experience of safer recruitment and a CIPD qualification, or working toward it.
Candidates without previous experience in HR department will not be considered for this post.
