This is a great opportunity to play a significant part in the college and make a difference every day. As HR Advisor, you will support the Head of HR and work as part of the HR team to provide a highly quality, business focused, flexible, and operational HR service across the College.
About You
- You will be highly organised and a good problem solver.
- You will also be expected to demonstrate flexibility in your approach, along with great communication skills.
- You will need to be competent using IT and systems and have the ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail whilst meeting deadlines.
- You will have current experience working in a busy Human Resources department, ideally within an Education setting.
- Previous experience in an advisory role is advantageous, however we welcome applications from HR administrators with a good understanding of HR operations and Employee Relations procedures.
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge/experience of safer recruitment and a CIPD qualification, or working toward it.
- Candidates without previous experience in HR department will not be considered for this post.
