Room attendant (Cleaner) to come and join us at Richmond Hill Hotel.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort throughout our bedrooms and public areas.
You will also carry out evening turndown service in line with hotel standards, helping to create a relaxing and memorable experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities include
- Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms to the highest standards.
- Delivering evening turndown service and ensuring guest rooms are inviting and well-presented.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly.
- Ensuring all hotel standards and procedures are followed.
- Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of the Housekeeping Team.
- Taking pride in every detail to help create outstanding guest experiences.
