We're refreshingly free-spirited and like to do things differently—from our paint to our people. Here, being yourself isn't just encouraged—it's essential. We believe real luxury is found in thoughtful touches, genuine care, and attention to detail—creating experiences that make our guests feel truly special.

- Competitive salary of £30,115.55 plus monthly service charge (averaging £500-£600)

- Flexible working patterns, and much more
Is this role right for you?

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the bar team during service
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness

What we're looking for:
- A hunger for hospitality and going the extra mile, with previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Someone that is willing to bring their best, authentic self to work. Rather than reading from a script or putting on a persona, our approach is all about bringing the very best version of ourselves to work every day.
- A creative approach to your role; we believe that a game-changing idea can come from anyone, anytime.
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic and vibrant environment and is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality.
