What you\’ll be doing:

• Delivering a memorable welcome that sets the tone for every guest\’s stay
• Leading by example to ensure check-ins, check-outs, and reservations are smooth and stress-free
• Handling guest enquiries, feedback, and special requests with genuine care and efficiency
• Supporting and mentoring the reception team, helping them shine in their roles
• Ensuring each touchpoint of the guest journey adds up to an exceptional experience
• Responding to guest reviews and feedback (Revinate) with professionalism and warmth
• Stepping into a Duty Manager role when required to keep everything running seamlessly

What we\’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a front office or reception role within hospitality
• A natural host who thrives on delivering outstanding service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills Confidence with systems (Opera Cloud experience a plus, but training provided)
• A team player with leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others
