Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast items to a high standard, ensuring consistency and presentation.
- Assist in lunch preparation and service, supporting the kitchen brigade as needed.
- Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
- Support senior chefs with food prep, stock rotation, and mise en place.
