As Restaurant & Bar Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, thoughtful service across our restaurant and bar operations. You’ll lead by example on the floor, supporting the team to create memorable guest experiences through warmth, consistency, and attention to detail. You’ll also work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations and help drive both guest satisfaction and commercial performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising and supporting the restaurant and bar team to deliver exceptional service
  • Coaching, training, and developing team members
  • Overseeing daily operations including opening, closing, and stock control
