We are seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher for Rainbow Base, our specialist resource provision, with an outstanding record of achievement and a commitment to the success of this Resource Provision. Rainbow Base currently caters for the needs of 52 pupils with complex communication needs and/or autism. We are passionate about providing the best for our pupils and supporting them to become lifelong, enthusiastic learners. We are seeking to appoint an individual who can continue to build on the outstanding practice currently in place for our wonderful children.
Required experience and attributes:
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- A proven track record of achieving academic excellence.
- Evidence of implementing innovative approaches to learning, particularly in regard to children with ASD.
- Experience of meeting the needs of children and young people who may benefit from specialist provision within a mainstream setting.
- Resilience, energy and optimism.
