Richmond Hill Academy is seeking an inspiring Class Teacher and Year Group Leader to join our vibrant, ambitious team. In this pivotal role, you will not only deliver high-quality, engaging teaching, but also lead an assigned year group to achieve exceptional standards through effective use of resources and a relentless focus on high-quality teaching, learning and achievement for all pupils. Building strong routines, modelling outstanding practice and nurturing a positive, collaborative culture, you will help drive excellence across the year group and ensure every child thrives.

- Demonstrate outstanding classroom practice, modelling high expectations and creating a purposeful, stimulating learning environment.
- Lead a year group effectively, ensuring high-quality teaching, strong use of resources and excellent outcomes for all pupils.
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues, families and the wider school community.
- Use assessment and monitoring strategies effectively to support progress and inform next steps in teaching.
- Strong organisational skills, including overseeing routines, interventions and support-staff deployment across the year group.
