Richmond Hill Academy is looking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Teaching Assistant within our resource provision. This role provides support and education, for children with complex communication needs and is of great importance to our work as an Academy.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • GCSE grade C/4 and above in English and Mathematics.
  • Experience of working with young people.
  • Experience or interest in working with children who have speech, language and communication difficulties.

About us:

Due to the exciting growth of our specialist provisions within The GORSE Academies Trust, which has seen Rainbow Base expand from 22 to 52 places over the last five years, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional colleague for Rainbow Base, who has an outstanding record of achievement and is committed to the success of this Resource Provision.

We are a provision which currently caters for the needs of 52 pupils with complex communication needs and/or autism. We are passionate about providing the best for our pupils and their families. We are seeking to appoint an individual who can continue to build on the outstanding practice currently in place for our wonderful children.
