As Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Bar & Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional service, drive performance, and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll be hands-on, visible on the floor, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of the bar and restaurant operation
  • Leading from the front—ensuring outstanding guest service at all times
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to reach their full potential
  • Driving revenue through upselling, events, and innovative service ideas
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance (including UK licensing laws and health & safety)
  • Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Collaborating with kitchen and hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Stepping up to lead shifts and take ownership in the Manager’s absence
