The role... We’re seeking a passionate, driven, and professional Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations. You’ll bring strong leadership skills, exceptional food and beverage knowledge, and a proven ability to inspire and develop a team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‐to‐day operations with a focus on service excellence.
  • Train and mentor your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage budgets and achieve targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Elevate standards and take the business to the next level.
  • Identify different revenue streams to maximise sales.

Qualifications

A successful track record in a high‐quality boutique luxury lifestyle hotel, with restaurant and bar experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience. We regularly welcome high‐profile guests; therefore a high level of integrity and professionalism is a must!
