The role…
We have a superb opportunity for a friendly and personable Guest Services & Luggage Porter to join the team.
You will need a warm, welcoming personality, excellent customer service skills and good telephone and email etiquette.
Working closely with the Reception team, you will provide a warm welcome to guests, assist with luggage, arrange taxis and restaurant bookings, and offer advice and recommendations on the local area.
Full training will be provided.
