We’re seeking a passionate, driven, and professional Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations. You’ll bring strong leadership skills, exceptional food and beverage knowledge, and a proven ability to inspire and develop a team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence
  • Training and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Managing budgets and achieving targets to drive revenue growth
  • Elevating standards and taking the business to the next level
  • Able to identify different revenue streams to maximise sales

A successful track record in a high-quality boutique luxury lifestyle hotel, with restaurant and bar experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience. This position is designed to oversee a key leadership role within our Food & Beverage team.
