The Richmond Group are seeking an entrepreneurial, ambitious Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Full Stack Developer to join our Business Incubator to create and drive a new start‑up business forward. The successful CTO will be responsible for all technology systems, infrastructure and software development to implement the technology strategy of the business. You will be working in a fast‑paced environment alongside a small, competent team including a UX / UI designer and a product manager. One of the UK’s most successful entrepreneurs, James Benamor, and other business specialists will be on hand to assist when needed.

We are looking for a developer, passionate about technology and the company vision. Yourself and your talented co‑founders will shape this exciting ed‑tech start‑up, developing software products that make it easier and faster to learn. The ideal candidate will thrive on working on new disruptive products and will not be afraid to take calculated risks.
