The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is offering an exciting opportunity to join the largest third sector social care provider in Scotland as a Business Development Partner. This dynamic role places you in a high-performing team within an organisation that continues to grow and expand our reach. You will have a key stake in driving the organisation’s excellent track record forward through securing contracts and driving sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be supported to excel in their role and expand their understanding of the Scottish social care sector and competitive tendering through a focus on continued professional development, as well as access to a wide range of training opportunities.

You will bring direct experience of working in a business development role and will have a proven track record of generating income through written proposals, funding applications, and presentations. You will have excellent analytical, communication, and written skills and will be responsible for producing high-quality tender submissions, grant applications, and marketing material. You will also have excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

The role is home-based but travel throughout Scotland may occasionally be required. We place a strong focus on continual professional development, and the post holder will have access to a wide range of training opportunities.
