The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Dunfermline is seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to assist people living in their own homes with disabilities and additional support needs. You’ll help with daily tasks and provide compassionate, consistent care.
You will support with medication, finances, meal preparation and personal care, while encouraging participation in activities. A full UK manual driving licence is required, and you’ll work within a supportive, team-based environment.
